By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and agree that CareDeeper AI shall not be liable for any health decisions made based on use of the Service.
To access the full Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Your password is also the encryption key for your health data — if you forget it, your encrypted data cannot be recovered by us. We strongly recommend storing your password securely.

Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
A free tier is available with limited features, including one blood test upload, three AI queries per month, and 30 days of history. No payment information is required for the free tier.
Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) within the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support@caredeeperai.com within 14 days of the charge. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be made directly to Apple or Google, respectively.
If you have previously purchased a subscription, you may restore your purchase at any time using the "Restore purchases" option within the app.
You retain full ownership of all health data, blood test results, and other content you upload or enter into the Service ("User Content"). You grant CareDeeper AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter. CareDeeper AI is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data you provide.
You agree not to upload or submit content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI analysis) and Stripe (payment processing). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of those sites.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CareDeeper AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $50 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CareDeeper AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, third parties, the integrity of the Service, or us.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, medical disclaimer, disclaimers of warranty, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CareDeeper AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved by contacting us at support@caredeeperai.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
For users in the European Union: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CareDeeper AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
